Why does brain health matter?
Research suggests that up to 45% of dementia cases are linked to lifestyle factors that we can change: including social connection, lifelong learning, and staying active.
Improving awareness of how we can look after our brain health from a young age has the potential to support healthier aging in the future.
How do I apply?
Fill out our application form below! (apply by October 4th at 23:59)
Alternatively, you can send an audio or video file that includes answers to all of the questions on the application form. Please email alternative formats to kweldon@alzscot.org, if the file is too large to attach to an email, please use wetransfer
A code of conduct will be in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone to be involved. All group members will be expected to follow this throughout the programme. If a participant is unable to meet the expectations set out in the code of conduct, Brain Health Scotland reserves the right to remove them from the group.
